Welcome to the Gastroback UAE Affiliate Program! These Affiliate Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in our affiliate program (“Program”). By joining the Program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
1.2. The Program is open to individuals and businesses who operate websites, blogs, social media accounts, or other online marketing channels.
1.3. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
2.1. You will promote Gastroback UAE products through your approved marketing channels.
2.2. You must ensure that all promotional materials and links are accurate and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
2.3. Affiliates must not engage in deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.
2.4. Any use of spam, false advertising, or unauthorized discounts will result in immediate termination.
3. Commission & Payment
3.1. Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying sales made through their unique referral links.
3.2. The commission rate will be communicated upon acceptance into the Program.
3.3. Payments will be made monthly, provided the minimum payout threshold is met.
3.4. Payments will be processed via bank transfer or other approved methods.
3.5. If a customer cancels or requests a refund, the corresponding commission will be deducted from future earnings.
4. Restrictions & Prohibited Activities
4.1. Affiliates may not bid on Gastroback UAE-related keywords in paid search advertising.
4.2. Use of the Gastroback brand name or trademarks in domain names, social media handles, or paid ads is prohibited.
4.3. Affiliates must not offer unauthorized discounts, coupons, or incentives.
4.4. Any fraudulent or suspicious activity will result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. Gastroback UAE grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable right to use approved promotional materials.
5.2. Affiliates may not modify or create derivative works of any Gastroback UAE materials.
5.3. Upon termination, all use of Gastroback UAE trademarks, logos, and marketing materials must cease immediately.
6. Termination
6.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.
6.2. Gastroback UAE reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the Program at its discretion, with or without cause.
6.3. Upon termination, any outstanding commissions below the minimum payout threshold will be forfeited.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Gastroback UAE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the Affiliate Program.
7.2. We make no guarantees regarding your ability to earn commissions.
8. Amendments
8.1. Gastroback UAE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
8.2. Continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
9.2. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
By joining the Gastroback UAE Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
