TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following sales conditions are applicable to offers and/or agreements between Marine Planet GT (VENDOR) and the customer (BUYER). Any purchase from VENDOR by BUYER implies the BUYER’s express acceptance of these conditions.
PAYMENT
As of now, we are offering cash on delivery as a payment method. All mentioned prices include 5% V.A.T as per UAE tax law.
DELIVERY DATE
The delivery dates are always intended as “indicative” while confirming the order and the agreement shall remain fully and unconditionally effective whatever the actual delivery date.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
The process of shipping the items/goods inside the UAE will be handled completely by us and free of charge.
Shipment costs to other countries will be calculated as per FedEx or UPS rates and announced to the customer after placement of their order.
DELIVERY DURATION
Local: 1 to 3 business days
International and GCC Countries: 7 to 15 business days
RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY
Items shipped from www.gastrobackuae.com can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment:
1: If the delivered item was defective.
2: If you received a wrong item
Of course, we will take care of the return shipping costs inside UAE.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
EXCHANGE
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at order@gastrobackuae.com and send your item to us.
